Comparison of power consumption between Jwell horizontal machine and ordinary line

Jwell 600 double-wall corrugated pipe production line has a common power of 230KW and produces ID400 pipes. The annual output is 860,000 meters (production speed 2m/min). Based on the calculation of starting up for 10 months a year, the annual power consumption is about It is 1.656 million degrees.

The common power of an ordinary line is 180KW, and 2.5 500 lines are needed to produce 860,000 meters of pipe. The annual power consumption is about 3.225 million kWh, and the electricity cost is about 2.257 million yuan.

 

Only the electricity bill, the production of the same amount of pipes, the ordinary line is 1.097 million yuan more than the high-speed line.

The horizontal machine adopts a fully automatic cutting machine and is equipped with a special tractor for pipes, so as to ensure that the speed of the pipe entering the cutting machine is stable, the cutting is stable, and the cutting section is flat. Therefore, there is no need to allocate a pipe cutting worker for each production line. In terms of pipe cutting, each production line can save 1 person. Two shifts per line per day saves 2 people.

Since the output of one production line of the horizontal machine is equivalent to the output of 2.5 lines of ordinary equipment (here calculated as 2 lines), the staffing of one production line can be saved when the same number of pipes are produced. There are 2 shifts per day, the high-speed line only needs 2 people/day, and the ordinary line requires 4 people/day. The labor cost is calculated at 50,000 yuan per person per year, and the annual salary of 6 people saved is about 300,000 yuan.

The same is the production of 860,000 meters of pipes in one year, and only the wages of workers are used. Compared with the use of high-speed models, customers who use ordinary models will spend 300,000 yuan more.

  1. The above expenses are only the cost within one year. In the case of producing the same number of pipes, compared with the use of high-speed models, the use of ordinary models will cause customers to spend more than 1.397 million yuan in only two aspects of electricity and labor costs. Operating costs!
