4. Cooling roller unit and bracket: They provide consistent cooling for belt.

After the products leave the calender, they are fully cooled and shaped to prevent deformation.This unit undergoes water cooling and natural stress release at room temperature to ensure the flatness and dimensional stability of the belt, meeting the requirements for subsequent processing and use.

5. The haul-off unit: It is responsible forsmoothly pulling the cooled conveyor belt forward.

It controls the speed and tension of manure belt through adjusting traction ratio in the human machine operation interface, keeping stable and avoiding problems like stretching and breakage during the whole production.

6. Winder: It neatly winds the cut conveyor belt into rolls, which is convenient for storage and transportation.

The function of tension control winding ensures the neat rolls of belt with no sagging or wrinkling, easy to use in farms.
