The Car Sound Insulation Pad(Vibration Damping Pad) is made of EVA, TPO, PVC and high-filling inorganic. TPO/TPU Composite Leather Extrusion Line
Polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer(TPO) composite leather roll(coating roll) has the advantages of being environment-friendly and abrasion and heat resistance. It has been used widely in the field of car inner decoration, i.e. instrument board skin, inner decoration skin, in-car flooring, car rear tank flooring, and foot pad material. Its regular thickness is 0.2-3mm with a width 1000-2000mm.
TPU/ABS Laminate Sheet Extrusion Line
TPU/ABS composite plate is one new kind of environmentally friendly material used for car gauge panels and inner decoration. HDPE Thermoforming Plate Extrusion line

PA/PP/PE Small diameter Single Wall Corrugated Pipe Extrusion Line
Performance & Advantages: This series production line is suitable for the production of small-diameter single-wall corrugated pipe with raw materials such as PP/PE/PA. The special mold can be molded at one time. The surface of the product pipe is smooth and delicate, and the ripple is clear and uniform. Widely used in wire and cable threading pipe, automotive interior circuit protection pipe, concrete pipe, farmland pipe and other fields.
The die head adopts an extension V-shaped water-drop type flow channel,with the shunt technology and special triangle stabilize structure. Super mirror surface roller is a key part of sheet and plate types of equipment. The rule is that the more smooth and precise the roller surface, the better the product quality. And, we always strike for the smallest possible surface roughness tolerance to the level of Ra0.005um.
The optics grade product is applied for producing LED panels, electronics, thin-film switches of electric appliances, and high-end consumer products section like PC monitors, mobile phone screens, etc.

To ensure its efficient heat exchange, casting roller flow channels are designed with a special spiral, and through accurate calculation of the coolant flow, the roller surface temperature deviation is reduced to the least possible. It improves the temperature uniformity of the product.
The most important is the precision of the dynamic balancing of the roller. Specialized large dynamic balance calibration equipment and a variety of balance detection schemes, ensure smooth operation at high rotation speed.
