一、PP hollow sheet extrusion production line

The newly designed screw structure ensures the plasticizing efficiency of the material and the stability of the output. The precise Siemens control system can automatically control the screw speed in a closed loop to ensure good plasticizing of the raw materials and high-yield stable extrusion.

2. Unique molding and cooling system

In the production of ultra-wide hollow grid plates, extrusion molding and cooling shaping are the key to whether the product is perfect. How to solve the problems of bending, deformation, arching, wave, vertical rib bending, etc. in ultra-wide production? Jwell Machinery adopts proprietary extrusion molds and vacuum cooling shaping systems.

The mold steel is imported from Germany, and Jwell Machinery has a unique flow channel design. The mold is equipped with a highly active throttling device to make the material flow pressure at the die uniform; the upper and lower dies can be adjusted flexibly to ensure the uniformity of the upper and lower wall thicknesses.

The aluminum vacuum shaping plate is specially treated on the surface, making it more wear-resistant, light and with high heat exchange efficiency. The vacuum system consists of two independent subsystems, each of which is equipped with independent cooling water and variable frequency vacuum adjustment system, so that the vacuum cooling shaping can be flexibly adjusted according to the customer’s production site.

3. Intelligent control system

The production line is programmed by a German Siemens PLC and is equipped with a rich human-machine interface. All process parameters can be easily set and displayed through the touch screen, and the operation is simple and intuitive. The production line is intelligently closed-loop controlled, automatically adjusting the extruder pressure and production line speed. In addition, the control system also has an automatic fault diagnosis function, which can promptly detect and solve problems that occur during the production process, greatly improving the stability and reliability of production, reducing manual intervention, and reducing production costs.
