Jwell has launched a new CPE stretch film production line, a highly efficient, durable, and intelligent film extrusion system. CPE film, due to its excellent flexibility, low-temperature resistance, high transparency, and good heat-sealing properties, is widely used in food packaging, medical packaging, daily chemical film bags, industrial protection, and other fields.

A CPE stretch film line is a specialised film extrusion system designed to produce stretch film from chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) materials. Using extrusion, film forming, cooling, stretching and winding processes, the line manufactures continuous CPE stretch films with controlled thickness, flexibility, elongation and surface properties.

A typical line consists of an extruder, a feeding system, a flat die, a cooling and casting unit, a stretching system, an edge trimming device, and automatic winding equipment. Maintaining uniform film quality and stable mechanical performance throughout production requires precise control of extrusion temperature, film thickness, stretching ratio, and winding tension.

CPE stretch film offers good flexibility, toughness, moisture resistance, and chemical resistance. Depending on the formulation and film structure, it can be used for protective packaging, industrial wrapping, surface protection, and other applications requiring flexible, durable film materials.

Product classification：

Hand – used stretch film: The conventional thickness is about 0.018mm (1.8 si), the width is 500mm, and the weight is about 5KG.
Machine – used stretch film: The conventional thickness is about 0.025mm (2.5 si), the width is 500mm, and the weight is about 25KG.

Introduction to the Uses of Stretch Wrapping Film Products

Logistics transportation: By stretching and wrapping the goods, it prevents vibration and impact during transportation and ensures the stability of the goods. It is suitable for heavy – duty goods or fragile items, such as electronic components, precision instruments, etc.
Industrial production: It is used for product protection in the manufacturing industry. For example, in scenarios like anti – static packaging of electronic components and automobile body protection, it has the characteristics of tear resistance and high – temperature resistance.
Food preservation: Some PE stretch films have the characteristics of being waterproof and dust – proof, which can protect the freshness of food in the short term. For example, they are used to cover and protect the products in fresh food supermarkets.
