In this season full of vitality and hope, Jinwei Company’s Haining plant opened its doors again. Excellent students from Jiaxing University, Jiangsu Jurong Vocational School, and Wuhu Science and Technology Engineering School met in Haining to start a colorful internship journey together, helping them take a solid step on the road to the workplace.

Before the internship began, we conducted a series of pre-job training, including company introduction, industry development, career planning, safe operation and other aspects.

We are fully aware of the importance of interns to the development of the company, and we strive to achieve excellence in every link, from onboarding training to job assignment and work guidance.
