Jinwei class students’ summer training successfully concluded

On August 1, Jinwei Machinery Haining Company held a summer internship summary meeting for the 22nd grade of Jurong Technical School Jinwei class, marking the successful conclusion of the one-month summer practice activities. During the meeting, the company leaders fully affirmed the performance of the students who participated in the internship, and hoped that the students would study professional knowledge seriously after returning to school, develop good behavioral habits in the daily learning process, and practice strong skills, and strive to become a formal member of the Jinwei family as soon as possible.

Summer internship

During the entire internship process, the students went deep into the production line to learn and understand different products such as pipe lines, profile lines, sheet equipment and molds. They closely observed and experienced the actual operation methods of each production link, so that theoretical knowledge and on-site operations had a better integration. The students could actually apply their professional theoretical knowledge, consult their respective masters on practical problems, and learn their ability to deal with problems encountered during work.

Skills Training

While cultivating students’ theoretical knowledge, we also focus on improving their practical operation ability. Therefore, the team leader Rong Qingliang has opened many training courses, including driving safety operation procedures, driving lifting gestures, precautions for the use of synthetic fiber slings, grinding machine safety operation procedures, grinding wheel replacement safety operation procedures, twist drill structure and function, sharpening practice, etc.

Conclusion

This summer internship of the JWELL class has received strong support and deep care from both the school and the company, which has jointly built a solid bridge from theory to practice, from campus to workplace for the participating young students.
