
On the morning of November 29, JWELL Machinery Haining Factory welcomed JWELL Class students from Wuhu Vocational and Technical College, Jiangsu Agricultural and Forestry Vocational and Technical College and Jiangsu Jurong Secondary Vocational School. With the experience and skills accumulated in school, they embarked on a new career path with more determined steps.

Department heads, including HR director Hou Liping, plant deputy general manager Hu Ruyi, equipment department director Mao Wenshan, plant deputy general manager Liao Shuyun and quality inspection director Song Shoulai, provided comprehensive induction training for new employees, covering company culture and rules and regulations, electricity safety, production safety, warehouse management and quality awareness. These meticulous trainings not only enhanced the safety awareness and emergency response capabilities of new employees, but also strengthened their quality concepts, laying a solid foundation for them to quickly integrate into the company culture and become a member of the company.
