PP PPR PE PVC pipe extruder machine can be a single screw extruder or a twin screw extruder. The single-screw extruder conveys materials by friction, and its melting and plasticizing effect is not as good as that of the twin-screw extruder, but the cost is very low. At present, polyethylene and polypropylene pellets are generally formed by single-screw extruders. Most of the screws are not conventional three-section full-thread screws, but mixing elements are added to the screw to enhance the mixing and plasticizing effect.
