1、Core characteristics and application selection of three types of PVC pipes

UPVC pipe: economical and universalAdvantages: Cost-effective + balanced overall performance (strength/corrosion resistance/easy processing).Applications: building water supply and drainage, municipal engineering, agricultural irrigation, general chemical fluids. Due to its low cost and reliable performance.Lifespan: Standard environment >50 years.

PVC-UH pipe: ultra-high stiffness Advantage: deep-sea level ring stiffness → extremely strong resistance to external pressure.Application: urban main water supply, water transport, municipal pressure drainage. Need to withstand deep burial or high pressure of the key pipe network.Life: standard pressure environment >70 years.

CPVC pipe: high temperature and corrosion resistance Advantage: high temperature + chemical corrosion resistance.Applications: chemical process piping, fire sprinkler systems. Designed for high temperature (such as hot water / steam) or corrosive media.Life: 90 ℃ high temperature >40 years (room temperature longer).

2、Jwell Production Line Introduction

Jwell Machinery provides production lines with different material formulations such as CPVC, UPVC, PVC-UH, PVC-M, PVC-O, etc. We can design single-layer and multi-layer pipe production equipment according to the different uses of pipes. The production line adopts super wear-resistant alloy screw barrel and chrome-plated high polished molds, with fast production speed, which makes the material easy to be formed, even plasticisation, stable operation and convenient control.

Jwell Machinery offers lines for different materials. Two or three-layer PVC pipes can be co-extruded using two or more sets of twin-screw extruders. The middle layer of the pipe is made of high calcium PVC or PVC foam.

Extruder

Mainframe models from SJZ65/132-SJP135/31 are available, with a maximum extrusion capacity of 1300kg/h.

PVC pipe mold

A wide range of die head sizes is available to cover the production of PVC pipes from 20 to 1000 mm diameter; made of specially treated chrome alloy steel. Easily dismantled mould head design ensures quick recovery of production.

Vacuum calibrator system/cooling tank

According to the specifications of the pipe can be selected single chamber or double chamber design of the calibrating vacuum box; SUS304 stainless steel vacuum box and pipeline, long service life; accurate water temperature control and water level control, optional PLC management of the frequency control of the vacuum degree of precision, reduce equipment energy consumption and noise; specially selected copper alloy and stainless steel and other good materials such as the production of calibrating sleeve, to ensure good heat conduction, cooling calibrating effect Good cooling and sizing effect. Performance and Advantages: We offer a wide range of haul-offs from 2 to 16 tracks to suit different pipe diameters and extrusion speeds. The haul-offs have a wide range of adjustability, stable operation and low noise level. Each track is driven by a separate motor (asynchronous/servo), digitally controlled to ensure precise synchronisation of speeds; high capacity cylinders and long contact surfaces provide high traction forces. 1/2 track switching function facilitates the changeover between large and small pipe diameters and allows for a wide range of working conditions.

Cutter

Performance and advantages: stable and reliable operation of the equipment, the use of high-speed rotating saw blade, circular saw cutting pipe. Suitable for ultra-thick large-calibre pipes; carbide cutting saw blade, high wear-resistant and long service life; strong chip suction Ion wind dust removal, equipped with sawdust filtration and collection device; for large-calibre PVC pipe with special chamfering tool, carbide blade, sharp and durable;The special internal structure design makes the PVC pipe’s cut flat The chamfering angle and uniformity are beautiful; For small diameter PVC pipe, we have special high-speed dust-free cutting machine. The ribbon shaped chips avoid the pollution effect of dust on the workshop.
