Online pipe weight metering & monitoring system

Gravity metering equipment is used in the extrusion process, which can save raw material consumption to the greatest extent and reduce boot waste. The control accuracy is less than ±0.3%.

Pipe socketing machine

The pipe socketing machine can be used for the belling of PVC/PP solid wall pipe, and double-wall corrugated pipe. The belling mould adopts hydraulic driving. The range is Φ20-Φ800.

JWHL series mixers

JWHL series mixing unit adopts PLC control. It is mainly applied to the process of ingredients, mixing, coloring, drying, and devolatilization of various resins such as polyvinyl chloride.

Crusher

Shredding scraps during the production of reclaimed pipes and unconventional products produced during trial production. There are crushers with different uses and specifications to choose from.
