Introduction to ACP Sheet Extrusion Line

Aluminum-plastic composite panel, referred to as ACP, is a composite material made of chemically treated coated aluminum plate as the surface material, polyethylene plastic or high mineral as the core material, and processed in the special ACP Sheet Extrusion Line.

It is composed of two materials (metal and non-metal) with completely different properties. It not only retains the main characteristics of the original composition material (metal aluminum, non-metallic polyethylene plastic), but also overcomes the shortcomings of the original composition material, thereby obtaining many Excellent material properties, such as luxury, bright and colorful decoration, weather resistance, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, easy processing and molding, easy handling and installation, etc. Therefore, aluminum-plastic composite panels are widely used in all aspects of various architectural decorations in China, and have become one of the representatives of metal curtain walls.

  • Coated decorative aluminum-plastic panel: Coating various decorative coatings on the surface of aluminum panel. Commonly used are fluorocarbon, polyester, acrylic coatings.

  • Anodized aluminum composite panel: ACP Sheet Extrusion Line adopts anodized aluminum alloy panel in time, with red, bronze and other colors.

  • Film decorative composite board: The color pattern film is adhered to the aluminum plate coated with primer or directly attached to the degreased aluminum plate according to the set process conditions and relying on the action of the adhesive.

  • Color printing aluminum-plastic board: Different patterns are printed on the transfer paper with different patterns through computer imagesetter printing technology, and various imitation natural patterns are printed on the transfer paper, and then various patterns are indirectly copied on the aluminum-plastic board through thermal transfer technology. ACP Sheet Extrusion Line Product Notes

  1. Aluminum composite panels should be stored in an appropriate way or installed in a dry and ventilated place to avoid accumulation of water, and the ambient temperature should not be higher than 70oC. Avoid installing in abnormal environments, such as smoke, sand, radiation, harmful gases and chemicals.

  2. ACP Sheet Extrusion Line should be placed flat during transportation or storage. When handling, the 4 sides of the board must be lifted at the same time, and do not drag on one side to avoid scratching the board surface.

  3. When grooving with a slotting machine or a gong machine, a round head or a V-shaped flat head saw blade or milling cutter with a diameter of ≥90o should be used for slotting, and a 0.2--0.3mm thick plastic core board should be left to bend together with the panel. , to increase strength and toughness and prevent hydrogenation of aluminum flakes. Bending too sharply or cutting damage to the aluminum panel or leaving too thick plastic will cause the aluminum panel to break or the paint film to burst during bending.

  4. It is necessary to use even force when bending the edge, forming at one time, do not bend repeatedly, otherwise the aluminum panel will be broken.

  5. In order to maintain the flatness of the ACP Sheet Extrusion Line and enhance its wind resistance, the aluminum-plastic board needs to be lined with a skeleton and glued to the board after being bent.

  6. When it is used for arc surface decoration, bending equipment should be used to bend the aluminum-plastic panel, and force should be applied slowly to make the panel gradually reach the required curved surface, not in one step.

  7. Install the aluminum composite panel on the same plane in the same process direction. Otherwise, the visual character may be poor.

  8. The protective film should be torn off within 45 days after the aluminum composite panel is installed, otherwise, the protective film will age due to long-term exposure to sunlight. Glue retention may occur when the film is torn off.

  9. Inner wall panels should be used indoors and should not be installed outdoors to ensure their service life.

  10. If the surface of the ACP Sheet Extrusion Line is polluted during construction or use, it can be gently cleaned with neutral detergent or alcohol. Avoid using strong acid or strong alkaline detergent.
