· TPS

1. SBS

SBS is a copolymer of styrene and butadiene as monomers, which is the largest variety in TPS. The properties are very similar to those of rubber, and can be allowed to contact with water, weak acid, alkali and other solvents.

Application areas: shoe soles, hose tapes, adhesives, asphalt modifiers, daily necessities, waterproofing membranes.

2. SEBS

SEBS is hydrogenated SBS, or saturated SBS. Compared with SBS, SEBS is harder and has higher tensile strength. In addition, it has excellent light resistance, aging resistance, good low temperature performance and good electrical properties.

Application areas: daily necessities (stationery, toys, sports equipment), cable protective covers, medical equipment, adhesive sealants, engineering plastics compatibilizers or tougheners.

3. SIS

4. SEPS

· TPO

2. EVA

It is made of ethylene and vinyl acetate (VA). It should be noted that the VA content of 40%-70% can be called EVA elastomer. When the VA content is less than 40%, EVA resin is usually used for modified materials, films, and cable materials. EVA with a VA content greater than 70% is liquid and is mainly used for adhesives and coatings.

Application areas: shoe materials, PVC modifiers, toys, sports equipment, automotive interiors.

· TPV

TPVs can be formed between many plastics and rubbers, but only a few blends have practical value after dynamic vulcanization. At present, the main commercialization is PP/EPDM, which is a TPV with PP as the continuous phase and EPDM rubber as the dispersed phase. , whose production accounts for more than 90% of all TPVs. · TPEE

Polyester thermoplastic elastomer, commonly known as TPEE or TEEE. Linear block polymers consisting of PBT polyester hard segments, aliphatic polyester soft segments or polyether soft segments.

Features: It has good compression modulus, bending fatigue resistance, instantaneous high temperature resistance, tear resistance, wear resistance, and good adhesion with various engineering plastics, metals and paints.

Applications: shoe materials, auto parts, flexible telephone cords, memory pillows, hydraulic hoses, artificial leather, transmission belts, modifiers, etc.

· TPA
