China Plastics Association visits Kautesborn factory in Germany to explore new path for upgrading hollow products

During the 2025 K Show in Germany, a delegation from the China Plastics Processing Industry Association (CPPIA) and its Hollow Products Committee visited JWELL‘s Kautersborn, Germany, for in-depth research and industry exchange, laying a solid foundation for industry collaboration and technical exchange during the show.

As a core force driving innovation and upgrading in the national plastics industry and integrating resources, the CPPI shoulders the important responsibility of guiding the industry’s development and building a platform for government-enterprise collaboration. The CPPI Hollow Products Committee, focusing on specific sectors, collaborates with its chairman organizations (including core hollow product manufacturers and technical service providers nationwide) to continuously promote quality and efficiency improvements in the hollow product industry. This delegation’s trip to Germany not only leveraged the K Show to benchmark against cutting-edge international manufacturing standards, but also sought new avenues for global cooperation and technological breakthroughs for national hollow product companies.

During the visit, the delegation visited the production workshops at JWELL’s Kautersborn, Germany, and engaged in detailed discussions on core equipment and customized solutions for hollow product production. From the efficient operation of the intelligent production line, to the detailed process optimization for hollow products made of different materials, to the comprehensive quality control system, the delegation members experienced firsthand the deep integration of Kautex’s 90-year manufacturing heritage and JWELL’s global management standards, and expressed high recognition of the factory’s philosophy of “precision manufacturing and customized service.”

During the exchange session, Wang Zhanjie, Chairman of the China Plastics Processing Industry Association, expressed his appreciation for JWELL’s global presence and achievements, and acknowledged the Kautex brand’s accumulated technical strength over the years. He believed that both companies have contributed significantly to the development of the plastics industry and are worthy of the industry’s attention and trust. Miao Dan, Secretary-General of the Hollow Products Committee of the China Plastics Association, also added that, based on their experience during the visit, they recognized Kautex’s technological accumulation in the hollow products field and JWELL’s brand operations and service capabilities, and mentioned the possibility of future cooperation between the two parties in the hollow products industry. Furthermore, relevant leaders of the China Plastics Association emphasized that the strengths of JWELL and Kautex align with the development needs of domestic plastics companies, and expressed their hope that through subsequent exchanges and collaborations, the high-quality resources and technical experience will be leveraged to empower industry development.

The visit of the Chinese delegation from the China Plastics Processing Industry Association and the Hollow Products Specialized Committee not only builds a bridge of communication between the core strength of the national hollow products industry and Jwell’s global manufacturing platform, but also injects practical momentum into industry collaboration during the 2025 K Show in Germany.
