    Film peeling

    Double-layer film unwinding → PET substrate peeling → PET winding → film hot air drying → cooling → water washing → dehydration → finished product winding

    Catalyst coating

    Finished film unwinding → traction → catalyst coating → hot air drying → cooling → winding

    Cutting and winding

    Film unwinding → waste edge cutting → (route 1) slitting and winding or (route 2) single sheet cutting

    2.Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) Solution Film Forming Process

    The main process is solution slit casting film forming:

    Support mesh unwinding → traction → double-sided slit casting coating polymer solution → constant temperature water tank shaping → cleaning (constant temperature → room temperature) → water removal → deviation correction (optional waste edge cutting) → CCD detection (reserved) → winding (mesh + membrane winding together)

    3.Specifications of solution film production line

    The exchange membrane equipment currently put into production, whether it is hot air drying method (dry method) or water tank coagulation method (wet method), has been recognized by users.
