Special mold for PP hollow grid plate

Can be used as a rib to achieve a set of molds to produce products of various widths; the shaping table needs to be adjusted and sealed.

Air knives can be added before entering the shaping table to assist cooling.

Shaping table

The PP shaping table vacuums the surface of the product. The thickness of the shaping plate is usually 80mm. The internal water is cooled. The water temperature is within 20℃. The lifting and lowering are hydraulically controlled. The thickness of the product is controlled by the thickness of the pad.

Oven

Low-temperature baking of the newly cooled products releases the stress inside the products to avoid warping after the products are completely cooled. The temperature can be adjusted by zone, and the process of the products can be adjusted according to the actual situation.

Corona device

Since PP hollow grid sheets are usually used in the packaging industry, various advertisements and slogans need to be printed on the surface, and paint, ink and plastic surfaces are not compatible, a corona device is needed to puncture the surface of the product through discharge to create microscopic holes so that paint and ink can adhere.

Bellows

PP hollow grid sheets need to be fully cooled. The equipment is assembled after the oven for cooling.

Shearing machine

PP grid sheets are soft in texture and are usually sheared for higher efficiency. The production line has a fast line speed. When the product is short, using a cross-cutting machine may cause untimely cutting.
