Insufficient product injection is often because the material has solidified before filling the cavity. Of course, there are other reasons, such as:
Increase the temperature of the barrel and nozzle of the plastic granulator, check the millivoltmeter, thermocouple, resistance electric heating ring or far-infrared heating device and heating system, increase the mould temperature, and check the mould temperature control device.
The plastic granulator runner is too small, and the gate is too small, the nozzle hole is too small, the gate position is unreasonable, the number of gates is insufficient, the cold material cavity is too small, the exhaust is insufficient. The injection cycle caused by the mould is abnormal.

Causes of extrusion conditions
The injection pressure of the plastic granulator is too low, the injection pressure loss during the extrusion cycle is too significant, the injection time is too short, the injection total pressure time is too short, the injection rate is too slow, the flow in the cavity is interrupted, and the filling rate is not equal, Abnormal injection cycle caused by operating conditions.
3 The plastic granulator head is not smooth or blocked
First of all, we need to know the reasons for the poor discharge or blockage of the pelletizer head:
- Is there any foreign matter that is not easy to melt;
- A specific section of the heater does not work, and the material is poorly plasticized;
- The operating temperature is set too low, or the molecular weight distribution of the plastic is wide and unstable.

- Check the heater and replace if necessary;
- Clean and check the extrusion system and the machine head;

4 Why is the main machine of the plastic granulator not rolling?

- The main power supply is not connected properly
